Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
3 c. flour
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 oz. lemon extract (pure)
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. candied cherries (1/2 lb. red, 1/2 lb. green)
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. pecans, broken
Preparation

Cut cherries in half and pineapple in comparable pieces. Separate eggs and set whites aside.
