Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 c. plain flour
    ___ c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. water
    ___ c. milk
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix 2 to 3 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast; combine milk and water, heat lukewarm, stir into dry ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add cheese and 1/2 cup flour.
    Turn out on floured board, knead smooth, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Put in greased bowl and let rise double, covered.
    Punch down.
    Rest 15 minutes.
    Divide in half and roll 14 x 9-inches and roll like jelly roll.
    Place seam down, let rise double.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Brush with melted butter.
