Caroline Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 Sara Lee butter pound cake
    9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pudding according to directions, except use 2 3/4 cups of milk and 1/4 cup cooking sherry.
    Alternate layers of pound cake with pudding and Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with fresh fruit or sprinkle with nuts.
