Nancy'S Chicken-Zucchini Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 large onion, diced
    2 to 3 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 can Italian tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
    Italian seasoning salt
    olive oil
    garlic powder or salt
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut it up.
    Saute diced onion in 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Add chicken; cook about 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste.
    Blanche zucchini in boiling water; do not overcook.
