Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced as apples for pie
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine first 2 ingredients and cook until tender.
Add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook a little longer.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of the crust mixture to thicken.
