Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 can refried beans
4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (fat-free works fine)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
torn lettuce
chopped tomato
taco sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
Spread refried beans onto crust, using spoon.
Top with ground meat mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
(At this point, you can cover with plastic wrap, not foil, and leave in refrigerator overnight. Add 5 minutes to cooking time.) Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with torn lettuce,
chopped tomato and taco sauce.
