Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo, at room temperature
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Mix other ingredients together; pour over crust.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Dust with powdered sugar; cut when cool.
