Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick grits
    2 eggs, beaten in 1 c. milk
    1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to boil; add grits, stirring all the time.
    Cover; turn to low and let grits thicken.
    Remove from stove.
    Cut cheese roll and margarine into pieces.
    Add to grits and stir in well.
    Add eggs and milk mixture; stir and blend into grits.
    Pour into two baking dishes or one deep dish.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for almost an hour (if in deep dish) or about 45 minutes (if in 2 small ones).
    Will be golden brown around the edges.
