Strawberry Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat milk (1%)
    1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed (if frozen)
    1/2 c. pasteurized egg substitute, thawed (if frozen)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In an electric blender, place milk, strawberries, egg substitute, sugar and vanilla extract; whirl until smooth.
    Yield: 2 portions, 2 1/2 cups.
