Sweet And Sour Pork (Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork
    1 c. bouillon
    4 slices pineapple
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 medium green peppers
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes and brown well in little oil. Salt and pepper.
    Add bouillon; cook, covered, over low heat 20 minutes.
    Cut green peppers into 1-inch strips and add; add onion and pineapple.
    Cook another 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple juice and add to mixture. Stir constantly until thickened.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
