Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 or 2 tsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 cups hot water
    2 medium cans of Veg-All
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    Pinch of basil
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation

    Fresh vegetables can be used if available.
