Treasure Chest Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. cherry halves
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream together: white sugar, brown sugar and butter.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to cream mixture.
    Mix in milk.
    Stir in nuts, cherries and chocolate chips.
    Pour in greased pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Frost with butter frosting while warm.
