Romanian Sausage Rolls(Mititei) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. meat, 1 1/2 lb. beef and 1/2 lb. each of pork, lamb, or veal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup meat stock
Garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Mix garlic with salt and beef stock. Strain over meat with other ingredients. Roll meat into a small sausage roll. Cook over charcoal until done. If meat is marinated the day before it will become more tender and flavorful.
