Sauteed Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    1 green or red pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    toasted French bread
Preparation
    Saute garlic in 4 tablespoons oil.
    Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat until they begin to brown.
    Add the pepper, onion and rosemary to the pan, stirring while cooking, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vinegar, the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper.
    Cool mushrooms and let stand at room temperature until serving time.
    Spoon them over the bread to serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
