Avocado Sauce For Fish And Poultry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado
    1 lime juice and pulp
    pinch of ground turmeric
    pinch of chili powder
    pinch of dried oregano
    1 tsp. finely minced garlic
Preparation
    Peel and pit avocado and place in a food processor or blender. Add lime, spices and garlic.
    Process until smooth.
    Serve with poached fish, grilled chicken or steamed prawns, or use as a binder for chicken or fish salad (which should be served immediately or it will turn dark).
    Yields about 1 1/4 cups.
