Lima Beans And Pork Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry lima beans (2 1/2 c.)
    12 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Rinse
    beans.
    In
    Dutch
    oven combine beans and 6 cups water. Bring
    to\ta
    boil
    and simmer 2 minutes.\tRemove from heat; cover and let stand for 1 hour.
    Drain beans.
