Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon, prepared
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, flavorings and persimmons.
    Add flour alternately with milk.
    Add butter which has been melted in the pan in which you are to bake the pudding.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
