Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados, mashed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    fried bacon, crumbled (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl.
    Cover with mayonnaise and chill.
    Just before serving, mix in mayonnaise.
    You may put the seed of the avocado in the bowl during chilling to keep salad from turning dark.
