Mediterranean Green Beans(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Steam beans for 5 minutes or until just tender.
In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, oregano and pepper. Add beans and toss to coat.
Makes 4 servings.
