Mexicali Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 avocado, pureed
    2 c. sour cream
    1 jar taco salsa
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped scallions
Preparation
    On a large platter, mound in layers, starting with the refried beans and ending with the scallions.
    Serve with Doritos chips or similar.
