Meat Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. onion rings
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Put meat in large bag.
Pour in marinade and tie off.
Rotate every four hours, letting it marinate overnight.
Excellent on London broil, flank steak and pot roasts.
Excellent tenderizer.
