Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    6 c. 2% milk
    1 can Milnot (add enough water to make 2 c.)
Preparation
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes until scum forms and browns.
    Stir and bake 10 or 15 minutes longer until scum forms again.
    Stir in sugar and raisins; bake until bubbles (boils) in center.
