Haydee'S Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large bag tortilla chips
    1/2 c. milk
    Old El Paso salsa
Preparation
    Cook ground beef; drain fat.
    Add taco seasoning.
    Cut cheese into small pieces in bowl; add milk and melt in microwave for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Get a glass baking dish.
    Layer the beans, then ground beef and then cheese.
    Make 2 layers.
    Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
