Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. apples, chopped
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in order as given.
Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together; add 1/4 cup nuts, if desired.
Bake in an 8 or 9-inch greased pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Good topped with Cool Whip when served.
