Mexican Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boned
    1 medium onion
    1 (8 oz.) bag nacho Doritos chips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    hot pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place
    chicken\tin
    casserole
    dish.
    Sprinkle\tchopped onion over
    it, then sprinkle grated cheese next. Crush chips and sprinkle
    half of the bag over the cheese.\tMix soups and Ro-Tel (do
    not
    add
    water to the soup) in mixing bowl. Pour this mixture
    over
    the\tcasserole.
    Sprinkle the rest of the chips
    on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
