Shoo-Fly Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 c. molasses
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, both sugars, salt and butter until crumbly, using a pastry blender.
    Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for the topping. Mix molasses, boiling water and the baking soda.
    Gradually add this \"witches brew\" to the dry ingredients until well blended (like cake batter).
    Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle the reserved cup of crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
