Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix crumbs in melted butter.
Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat powdered sugar, vanilla and stick of butter for 10 minutes (important step).
Add eggs and continue to beat.
Spread over crumb layer.
Peel bananas and slice over cream layer.
Drain pineapple thoroughly.
Spoon over banana.
Cover with Cool Whip. Chill 4 hours or more.
Sprinkle with nuts.
