Oil Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and oil in bowl. Add cold water. If dough seems dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil, not water. Roll out between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Makes 1 (10-inch) crust.
