Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 c. cubed or sliced zucchini
1 or 2 fresh green peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 fresh tomato
sliced American or Velveeta cheese
buttered bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Layer
vegetables in order given in buttered baking pan or dish.
Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
