Brussels Sprouts With Hazelnuts And Thyme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hazelnuts
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 2 tsp. dried, crumbled
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place hazelnuts on cookie sheet and toast until brown, about 15 minutes.
Wrap warm hazelnuts in dish towel and rub together to loosen skins.
Unwrap and cool.
Finely chop.
(Can be prepared 4 days ahead.
Store in airtight container.)
