Sunshine Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 ripe bananas
    3 c. pineapple juice
    6 oz. frozen orange juice
    6 oz. lemonade
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    7-Up
Preparation
    Boil the first 2 ingredients gently for 3 minutes; cool.
    Mash the bananas in a blender with the pineapple juice.
    Combine the orange juice, lemonade and lemon juice.
    Add juices to sugar water mixture; freeze. Spoon frozen mixture into glasses and add 7-Up or place in punch bowl and pour pop over it.
    Doubles nicely.
