Turkey Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped cooked turkey
1/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
small can jellied cranberry sauce
8 slices thin bread, cut into stars
Preparation

Mix together the first seven ingredients. Cut the chilled cranberry sauce with fluted cookie cutter, slice across the fluted cranberry sauce.
Spread each slice of bread with turkey salad and top each with cranberry star.
Makes about 25 canapes.
