Broccoli Japanese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. frozen Japanese vegetables
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    4 servings cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cook cut up chicken in oil; set aside.
    In skillet, add vegetables, water and soy sauce.
    Cook until thawed.
    Add chicken, ginger and cornstarch.
    Heat through.
    Serve over rice.
