Beer Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (3 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. bottled or canned beer
    hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Melt butter and brush chicken evenly with about half of it.
    Mix remaining butter with barbecue sauce, beer and hot pepper sauce.
    Bake chicken, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
