Fresh Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks broccoli, broken into flowerets
    8 large mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium chopped green pepper
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1 small head cauliflower, broken in flowerets
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine vegetables; toss lightly.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well and pour over vegetables.
    Chill at least 4 hours.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
