Broccoli Rabe And Pine Nuts(Italian Greens) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. broccoli rabe
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 or 6 garlic cloves
    salt and black pepper
    hot seed pepper
    4 oz. white wine
    1 grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Wash and trim thick stems of broccoli rabe and then steam them four about 3 minutes.
    Drain broccoli in colander.
    Toast the pine nuts.
    Set aside the broccoli and nuts.
