Cabbage Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 medium cabbage
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (18 oz.) can tomato paste
8 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute ground beef, onion and pepper until meat is brown.
Boil cabbage until tender.
Save 2 cups of the liquid from cabbage and drain off excess.
