Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 roll frozen bread dough
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. basil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic
2 lb. sausage
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Preparation

Fry sausage; rinse and drain.
Add eggs to sausage.
Spread on 15 x 5-inch dough (roll thin).
Sprinkle with ingredients.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Brush top with egg yolk if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
