Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

2 c. self-rising flour
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick Land O Lakes butter
Preparation

Combine flour with sour cream.
Melt butter and pour into flour and sour cream mixture.
Fold mixture together; will be moist.
Sprinkle flour on mixture to help in rolling into biscuits.
Roll into small balls and place in mini muffin pan. After preheating oven at 425\u00b0, bake for approximately 10 minutes. Yields 16 mini biscuits.
