Christmas Wreaths - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
    1 tsp. green food coloring
    6 c. cornflakes
    red cinnamon candies
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
    Add marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt and mixture is syrupy.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in food coloring. Add cereal and stir.
    Using buttered fingers, shape 1/4 cup of mixture into wreaths.
    Dot with red cinnamon candies.
    Yields 16 wreaths.
