Bulgogi(Korean Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced sirloin, paper thin
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/3 Tbsp. roasted sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. wine (optional)
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix sirloin with seasonings (and optional wine). Let marinate for at least 2 hours (mix occasionally).
    Grill or pan-broil.
