Spicy Peanut Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. hot chili oil
1/4 tsp. dark sesame oil
Preparation
-
In food processor or blender, combine
all
ingredients except half of scallions.
Process to a smooth
paste.
Transfer
to a serving bowl and garnish with
remaining
scallions. Serve with fried shrimp as an appetizer.
