Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. jar pimentos
Preparation

In a small saucepan, bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.
Boil syrup for 1 minute.
Cool.
