Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 large onion, browned lightly
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Chop zucchini and boil until half done.
    Add onion, cheese, eggs and soup mixed with enough water left from boiling zucchini to give it some moisture.
    Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Spread on top of mixture in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
