Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 diced unpeeled cucumber
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/8 c. pimentos, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Chill.
Serve over pasta, salad greens or as a dip.
