Meatballs Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    2 bread slices
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 c. chicken broth (dried kind with water)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk.
    Add hamburger, egg, 1/2 cup chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Make balls; saute in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Remove balls from pan.
    Saute celery, pepper and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
    Stir in pineapple, broth, vinegar, brown sugar and ginger; blend and stir into sauce of soy sauce and cornstarch.
    Add meatballs to sauce and simmer in 350\u00b0 oven.
