Cocktail Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) bottle taco sauce
    1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, soy sauce and pepper.
    Gently shape into 1-inch balls.
    Cook meat balls in shortening in 12-inch skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Heat chili sauce and jelly until jelly is melted.
    Add meat balls and stir until coated.
    Simmer, uncovered, 50 minutes.
    Serve hot in chafing dish.
