Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. molasses
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, molasses, then boiling water.
    Add salt, soda and spices to flour.
    Mix well.
    Add raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
