Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
1/3 c. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix apples and all ingredients until well coated.
Pour into pastry shell and top with pastry.
Brush top with milk; sprinkle a little sugar over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until apples are soft and juice is thick.
