Spaghetti Chop-Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. Mrs. Dash's original blend
    2 tsp. ready to use chopped garlic, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. butter
    4 peppers
    3 lb. onions
    2 large stalks celery
    2 (32 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    2 lb. hamburg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pan.
    Clean the peppers, onions and celery.
    Cut up peppers.
    Add diced onions and celery.
    Cover. Cook for 30 minutes.
    Cooks in its own juices.
    Add the crushed tomatoes, sugar, Italian seasoning, Mrs. Dash's original blend and sauteed garlic.
    Continue to cook on low heat.
    Fry hamburg until brown.
    Add to sauce.
    Cook until vegetables are done (not mushy). Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over your favorite pasta.
